How does Flow Treatment work?

Modified on Tue, 1 Sep at 7:05 AM

Flow Treatment uses transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), a non-invasive form of neuromodulation. The headset delivers a low-intensity electrical current to the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, an area of the brain involved in regulating mood. Reduced activity in this area is associated with depression.

You use it at home, guided by the Flow App. A session takes 30 minutes.
